What it fixes

The ME state must be reset after a BGA CPU swap
Light ME corruption: no display, very slow POST, power-off after 30-40 seconds
A BIOS that “Intel ME rebuild” could not fix

How to use

Log in → Online tools → choose “Intel ME cleaner”
Upload the original BIOS dump (both chips on dual-chip boards)
Choose the clean mode (default if unsure)
Download the cleaned BIOS and write it back

Note：Cleans only; the ME version stays the same and a custom ME cannot be used. ME 18-20 support is limited. For badly damaged ME use “Intel ME rebuild” first.
