How to use
- Log in → Online tools → choose “HP BIOS merge and unlock”
- Upload the locked original dump (both chips separately on dual-chip boards) and the earliest vendor BIOS package (before May 2024) or its extracted .bin
- Choose “merge clean ME” if needed
- Download the main BIOS and the 32 MB EC firmware
What you need
The locked original BIOS dump; the first (earliest) vendor BIOS package or the extracted BIN
Note：The main BIOS and the EC firmware depend on each other and must both be programmed into their chips. With “merge clean ME” the result is generic; without it, it only fits the original machine.
